Initial Evaluation
All new patients start here.
Your first visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one session where we take the time to understand the full picture of your health—past and present. We’ll sit down for a detailed intake, review your health history, discuss any current supplements or herbs you’re taking, and offer thoughtful recommendations if needed.
You’ll receive an acupuncture treatment during this visit, along with any additional therapies that support your goals—such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, herbal medicine or Chinese bodywork.
This session sets the foundation for your care. From here, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your body, your story, and your pace.

Follow Up Visits
The Whole Medicine
This is our full-spectrum follow-up session. We start with a dialogue to track changes, explore symptoms, and make adjustments to the treatment plan if needed. You’ll receive a full acupuncture session along with any adjunctive therapies that support your care—cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, herbal medicine or hands-on bodywork as needed.
This session meets you where you are, every time.

Acupuncture Only
A focused treatment for those who just need the needles. After a brief check-in, we move straight into acupuncture so you can rest, reset, and keep the momentum going.
This session is for those that need to visit us more frequently due to acute issues.
40 mins | $60
Herbal Medicine
We offer in-person or tele-health consultations for patients seeking herbal medicine only. Formulas may be patented or custom-tailored to your specific constitution and pattern of disharmony.

Integrative Acupuncture & Energy Work
An integrative acupuncture & energy work treatment may include everything an integrative acupuncture treatment offers, plus reiki, sound frequency, chakra balancing and other intuitive modalities as offered by your provider.
